SPARROW SALON CANCELLATION POLICY

We regard both you and your appointments with great importance, and we know all too well that schedules can change. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that our clients understand how forgotten or cancelled appointments impact our stylists and their other clients. We know how easy it is to forget appointments when booked in advance, but in order to respect our stylists’ time, and the needs of our clients, we adhere to the following policies:

• 48-24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.

• Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.

• Not appearing for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.

These policies provide us with the opportunity to notify any standby or waitlist clients of openings, as well as providing us with the opportunity to keep our schedules full, thus meeting the needs of both our stylists, larger clientele, and the shop itself.

SERVICE POLICY

If for any reason you find that you’re not satisfied with your service and need a touch-up or fix, please reach out to us! If we hear from you within ten days of your original appointment, we will happily see you again at no charge.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

It is possible that our service providers sometimes experience unexpected circumstances; current styles sometimes involve time-consuming techniques that can offset our intended appointment time. Please note that your appointment time serves as a reservation and not a start time. We will do our best to notify you if we need to adjust your appointment start time, and if the offered adjustment doesn’t work with your schedule, you will always have a choice to reschedule at your convenience.

PET POLICY

We adore our furry friends! Unfortunately, due to state laws, we are unable to invite them into the salon. Of course, guide animals are always welcome.
